1.The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Mitsubishi PLC program and HMI. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
2. Adjustable distance of the line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire distance, when input the distance of cross wire to control cabinet, any mesh opening can be produced. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range.
3. The welding wire is accurate and the welding points are firm for the big pressure.
4. This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which gearless adjusted, enlarging the welding range.
5. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo motor.

7, Wire feeding method: The line wires from coil wire.The cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The cross wire system sends weft wires is controlled by stepping motor. one by one automatically instead of putting wefts wires by manual work, increasing productivity.
8, The length of mesh panel is controlled by control cabinet. Such as you need to produce length of mesh panel 6m. mesh size 10*10cm. So input quantity of cross wire mesh opening 60 into the control cabinet by touch screen.The machine will cut the mesh panel every 6m.
