Features
5-12mm building welded reinforcing mesh production line are used for welding reinforce wire mesh panel. Both the line wire and cross wire are feed from pre-cut wire , the controlling system adopts PLC control, the machine aopts servo motor to pull the mesh panel repeatly.
1. Pneumatic pressure system making the welding pressure more steady, than usual mechanical provide welding pressure.
2. Water-cooling transformer and water-cooling welding electrodes to make sure the welding firm during a long working time, and prolong the life .
3. Control cabinet adopt touch screen operate system, you can change welding time, or electricity , mesh opening size by print numbers through touch screen.
Control cabinet adopt Panasonic (Japan ) PLC program, and Schneider ( France ) low-voltage apparatus
4. Panasonic (Japan ) servo motor for pulling mesh, to make sure mesh openging size accurate.
