3 The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor. The hopper device has more capacity can load max 1.5tons rebar.
4 Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range.
5 The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, making the service life long.
7 Mesh pulling system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.
8The automatic welding mesh machine equips with 12 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling transformers, 160KVA*12(24 pcs of water cooling electrodes) ——every two welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
