1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Panasonic PLC program and HMI. The machine operation is more intelligent and reasonable.
2. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically. The hopper device has more capacity and is controlled by step motor. The machine will stop working automatically if the cross wire used up in the hopper.
3. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range.
4. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, making the service life long.
5. The welding wire is accurate and the welding points are firm for the big pressure.
6. Mesh drawing system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.
7. The machine equips with 13 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling transformers, 125KVA*13(26 pcs of water cooling electrodes) ——every two welding heads need a water cooling transformer.
8. Wire feeding way:The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The longitude wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work or inserted into the wire feeding car first, then send by Panasonic servo motor.
9. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, deformed bar, round bar black annealed wire or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing
